Selecting a datacenter is more complicated than just finding an ideal geographical location, as you’re essentially selecting a landlord. They’re private companies and you must act in accordance with their own terms of service. When evaluating options for us, I look at Tier-1 ISPs and Internet Exchanges in the facility.
